LogicRepairs Ltd – Online Store Terms of Service

Terminology: In these terms, “we,” “our,” “us,” and “LogicRepairs” refer to LogicRepairs Ltd (and where relevant its owner, Cadan). “You” and “Customer” mean anyone browsing or buying from our online store at logicrepairs.co.uk (including related checkout and account pages).

Agreement: By placing an order, creating an account, or completing a purchase through our store, you agree to these Online Store Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any product-specific notes on the listing (grade, warranty, what’s included).

We may update these terms at any time. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.

The store and products

We sell refurbished, used, and/or new devices and accessories as described on each product page. Listings may include condition grades, storage capacity, colour, and included accessories. Images are illustrative; the description and options you select form part of the contract.

Refurbished and graded items are not sold as brand-new unless expressly stated. Cosmetic and functional notes on the listing apply. Minor signs of prior use may be present within the stated grade.

We reserve the right to correct pricing or description errors, cancel orders placed on obvious mistake pricing, and refuse or cancel orders (for example suspected fraud, stock error, or restricted items).

Orders, contract and payment

Your order is an offer to buy. Acceptance and contract formation occur when we send order confirmation / dispatch confirmation (or otherwise confirm acceptance). Payment is taken as described at checkout (card, PayPal, or other methods we enable).

Title to goods passes to you when we receive cleared payment in full. Risk in the goods passes on delivery to the address you provide (or on collection if we agree collection).

You must provide accurate delivery and contact details. We are not responsible for failed delivery caused by incorrect addresses or failure to arrange redelivery.

Pricing and VAT

Prices are as shown on the store at checkout, inclusive or exclusive of VAT as indicated. Delivery charges (if any) are shown before you pay. Promotional pricing is subject to the stated conditions and stock.

Delivery

Delivery estimates (including any “next day” or express offers) are targets, not guarantees, and may depend on cut-off times, stock, courier capacity, and your location. Free express / next-day offers apply only where stated (for example orders over a stated value) and while that offer remains published.

If a parcel is damaged on arrival, keep packaging and contact us promptly with photos so we can assist with a courier claim or replacement where appropriate.

Warranty on store purchases

Unless a listing states otherwise, store devices are typically sold with a return-to-base (RTB) warranty for the period shown on the product page (for example 12 months). Warranty covers manufacturing/functional failure of the product as supplied, not accidental damage, liquid damage, misuse, unauthorised modification, or normal wear and cosmetic ageing.

Warranty claims are handled as RTB unless we agree otherwise: you may need to return the item at your cost initially; if the fault is covered we will repair, replace, or refund as appropriate under the warranty and applicable law.

Returns and cancellations

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (and related UK consumer law) are unaffected. Distance-selling cooling-off rights may apply to eligible consumer orders; digital content, customised goods, and sealed goods opened where hygiene/security applies may be excepted as allowed by law. Contact us if you wish to cancel or return — we will confirm eligibility and process.

Change-of-mind returns, where we offer them beyond statutory rights, may be subject to restocking conditions, return shipping at your expense, and the item being complete and in the same condition as supplied. See any returns notes on the store or product page.

Trade / business customers

If you buy as a business (including trade accounts), consumer cooling-off and some Consumer Rights Act protections may not apply. Business buyers should inspect goods promptly and notify us of shortages or defects without delay.

Liability (store)

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss (including lost profits or data), and our total liability for a store order is limited to the price paid for the goods giving rise to the claim.

Accounts and acceptable use

You must keep account credentials secure and not misuse the store (including scraping, fraud, or abusive behaviour). We may suspend accounts that pose a security or fraud risk.

Personal data

We process order and account data as described in our Privacy Policy, including sharing with payment and delivery providers as needed to fulfil orders.

Governing law

These Online Store Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without limiting mandatory consumer venue rights where they apply.

Repair terms

Workshop diagnostics and repairs are covered by a separate document.
